There was an old man who planted mango trees everyday.
A young neighbor, who watched him all the time, said to the old man with compassion.

"Sir, I see you plant those trees everyday but unfortunately you will not be able to taste its fruit."

The old man replied,
"Yes, I certainly know that too. Still, I have eaten mango fruits from trees that are planted by someone I even do not know."
I often share this story in internal meetings with my executives.
This is the basic essence of an enterprise and we think this is the way that Changhae should walk on.

Perhaps, we might think little of benefits we have received from others or nature.
